Inspired By Sanibel Island
Inspired by the world-famous seashell shores of Sanibel Island, Sanibel Island Cookie Company was created to capture the warmth, beauty, and charm of island living through handmade premium cookies.
Every cookie is handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients and baking techniques focused on quality, flavor, and care. Inspired by sandy sunsets, ocean breezes, and the relaxed beauty of coastal life, our goal is to bring a taste of Sanibel Island into every bite.
Founded by father and son, Glenn and Peter, the company is deeply rooted in family memories and Florida tradition. Growing up in Clewiston, FL, Glenn spent time visiting Sanibel Island as a child with his older sisters, creating memories that would later inspire the heart behind the brand.
Years later, Glenn and his wife purchased a home on Sanibel Island, continuing the family's connection to the island and its coastal lifestyle. Today, Peter lives on Sanibel Island, where the beauty, atmosphere, and traditions of the island continue to inspire the vision behind every batch.
